This emblematic building stands out because of its height and modernism that sets it apart from the other buildings in the area. It is located on the main avenue of Lechería, it was completed in 2009.

The project is conformed with offices from 50 Mts2 to 260 Mts2, for a total of 19,000 Mts2 of construction, distributed in 9 levels of offices, a mezzanine with mixed area between shops and offices and a ground floor with double height that allows to have large agencies of attention to the public.

Additionally, it has a large capacity parking tower, the same height as the main tower and with access at all levels for convenience.
