A versatile project adapted to the needs of the clients. The residential complex is made up of luxury apartments ranging from 100 Mts2 to 345 Mts2, for a total of 21,000 Mts2, distributed in 7 buildings.
It was an architecturally more elaborate project, nominated for the CEMEX award. It has large common areas, which provide comfort and safety, within which are:
- Boat dock up to 40 feet
- Swimming pools overlooking the canals
- Multipurpose courts
- Playground
